Founder & CEO

Neurodivergent visionary, community builder, and technology strategist based in Detroit, Michigan.

Built from lived experience, not theory.

Neujoi is a product of NeuroVair LLC, a Detroit-based company building a family of tools for neurodivergent lives. Neujoi is the emotional-regulation product that comes directly out of my own lived experience as a late-identified neurodivergent person.

For years, I was a student trying to navigate school, routines, and expectations without tools that matched how my brain and sensory system actually work. Some days felt heavy and confusing, and I didn't have language or support to make those days feel manageable.

Looking back, I believe that if sensory-aware, regulation-focused tools like Neujoi had been accessible to me, many of those heavy days would have been less overwhelming and far less isolating. Neujoi is my response to that gap, designed from lived experience instead of theory.

The way I build Neujoi is shaped by a few non-negotiables:

  • Lived experience at the center of every decision.
  • Community-first design, with neurodivergent people as co-creators.
  • Real attention to sensory needs, pacing, and overwhelm.
  • Equity-focused thinking so support isn't only for people with privilege.
  • Staying rooted in Detroit, honoring where this work is being built.

As a Computer Information Systems student and founder, I'm building Neujoi at the intersection of personal experience, technical skill, and community so neurodivergent people can access tools I wish I had years ago.
